Jaye Howard Left Kansas City Chiefs

[Apr 24 2017 GMT]

Kansas City Chiefs is cleaning up their list. According to nflcoins reported that the Chiefs defender Jaye Howard dismissed the contract with the team. Howard last offseason signed a two-year 12 million dollars' contract with the Chiefs.

The Chiefs still have to pay Howard 2.5 million dollars security payment, so they want Howard to sign with another team before draft so they can avoid this extra charge. Last year in December, the 28-year-old player entered the injury reserve list due to hip flexor injury. He stayed in Kansas City for four years, made 7.5 sack and a total of 122 tackles.

Howard is the second player who dismissed contract with the Chiefs in off the season. Before this, the defender Dontari Poe signed a one-year contract with the Chiefs.
